Modern, video shopping revolutionized for the social generation. In early 2023, Alasdair McLean-Foreman, Founder and CEO of Teikametrics, tapped me to envision, lead, and execute on the creation of a revolutionary new video shopping app that helps modern shoppers discover, share, and save on the best deals online. With synergistic value to Teikametrics, Hiive offered an opportunity to help existing Teika brands take the first step into the world of social shopping, while also generating new sales pipeline and revenue streams for the core business. As Head of Hiive, strategic design work included product vision, user experience design, feature prioritization, quality assurance, and performance tracking and analysis. In addition, I was tasked to lead business model creation, P&L optimization, brand and influencer acquisition, and developer management. The results of the work included onboarding 25+ leading brands, generating 70K+ users at <$4/conversion, and pitches to world-class VC firms including SoftBank, all within 1 year of launch.See More
