I worked as a Lawyer’s secretary; I planned daily meetings, I was responsible to write contracts for 30 employees and kept on track all the schedule, I have acquired written skills. I also worked as a customer service representative which had helped me to better deal with people. As a customer service representative, I used to convince people buy products, assist them to have refund and resolve various issues that they could have a customer. I am very meticulous. I like to have all my work well done. I speak both French and creole as a native and English and Spanish fluently. I master Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I also worked as translator for a non-profit organization, and gave english classes to middle school students.
