Performed competitive analyses and stakeholder interviews to strategically position and scope the product. Mapped out and optimized user flows for key use cases, facilitating a focused design process and promoting team alignment. Managed and evolved the design system, leading to an enhanced brand perception and consistent user experience. Defined and documented design requirements to accelerate design turnaround and ensure smooth design implementation.
