Hired Inc. Employer Dashboard Redesign & Onboarding Design

During my internship at Hired Inc. which is an online market place where best candidates are matched with suitable jobs, I worked on the end-to-end onboarding design for first-time-users (employers) from empathizing with users to making hifi prototypes to help decrease time to find candidates by 74.3%.
