Redesigned Medyear mobile app, and increased the usability by over 35% and +60% in app downloads during the first year. Redesigned Medyear Pro web application and increased its usability by over 40% for more than 1,000,000 healthcare professionals from over 10,000 hospitals and healthcare facilities. Designed the Medypass mobile app and ran usability testing sessions that discovered 3 big problems. The solutions delivered decreased time on task by over 50%, resulting in 1,500 new subscriptions in the first year. Designed a new design system that increased work efficiency by over 120%, and decreased the design process time by over 80%.

This helped over 10,000 drivers increase their work efficiency by over 13%. Redesigned the company website (www.wing.ae), increased the website speed by over 35%, decreased the error rate by over 65%, and increased the conversion rate by more than 5%. Updated the company system usability. The efficiency rose by over 10% and the annual delivery amount increased by over 12%. Designed a new website for WING DMS, this resulted in a +135% leads rate, and +10% of conversions and helped the company to sign over 120 new clients within the first 6 months. Designed a new system concept that helped WING to provide 40% better performance of its delivery management system for 150+ courier companies.
