Aleeya Consul

My name is Aleeya Consul, I am a fourth year Industrial Design student studying at Carleton University. I am looking for design-related experience to explore and better understand my interests and passions. I am a curious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that constantly wants to find opportunities to strengthen my creativity and explore other design streams. Studying industrial design, product design is not the only design I am passionate about. This includes graphic design and the marketing and branding aspects to better develop my design skills further and industry experience.

Estee Lauder CompaniesMay 2021 - Aug 2021 • 4 mos Developed and ideated innovative design ideas for various cosmetic packaging (ie. lip products/applicators and loose powers) to solve existing issues with current market products Communicated with various teams to understand the role of the packaging team and how each team coordinates to complete an efficient work flow and execution Requested samples for R&D and brands development project with follow-ups and PO Requisitions Ideated, sketched, modeled, 3D-printed, and rendered multiple design ideas to finalize and validate the potential of conceptions and the benefits it includes
