Yardy, an innovative startup founded by Cal Poly student Zander Sheffield, is dedicated to addressing the evolving needs of children’s feet with its unique shoe product. Designed to accommodate the growth of children’s feet, Yardy offers an extendable shoe solution that seamlessly adjusts as their little feet develop. By providing parents with a cost-effective and time-saving footwear option, Yardy ensures children always wear shoes that fit comfortably. At Cal Poly Iter8, I had the privilege of leading a team to create a comprehensive branding style guide and a partial website solution to support Yardy’s future growth while effectively conveying the brand’s core values.See More

The Campus Health and Wellbeing services are a collection of student support programs that address basic needs, counseling services, and medical services for Cal Poly SLO. These services are accessed on-campus at the Health Center, a few of which are promoted their official website. At Cal Poly Iter8, I was a designer on a team that designed a mobile app to increase awareness of the Health and Wellbeing program and to improve student’s accessibility to their services.See More

Fresh, local produce can often be difficult to access, and many people with home-gardens struggle with excess produce that goes to waste. GardenShare aims to solve both these problems by connecting people to healthy, sustainable food products in their local community via a mobile app. A team of designers and I designed GardenShare as part of a class project. We came up with the idea for the app and delivered a prototype based on user-testing and research.See More
