Passionate about fostering sustainable growth for small businesses, I blend my corporate operations know-how with a deep understanding of neurodiversity's strengths, particularly in the ADHD community. As the founder of AR and Company, my journey in tech entrepreneurship and as a mother fuels my commitment to inclusive, adaptive project management tools. Outside the office, I find joy in life's simple moments, whether it's a family hike or a quiet evening with a good book.
