**About the Project:** I led the strategy, creative direction, and execution of TikTok Shop’s largest culture-first creator event to date — a experiential activation designed to celebrate Black creators, amplify culturally aligned brands, and drive measurable commerce impact. Bringing together 200+ top-tier creators, 10+ Black-owned brands, and dozens of industry stakeholders, this activation set a new standard for how community, content, and commerce intersect on and off TikTok. TikTok Shop Creator Incubation Program

**About the Project:** The Fast-Track Program was designed to incubate high-potential creators into high-performing TikTok Shop Affiliates by providing curated education, strategic coaching, and milestone-based incentives. The goal: acquire net new creators for the Shop Affiliate program and help them each reach $5k in consistent GMV within 60 days. As the program lead, I architected the full-funnel strategy, developed the incubation framework, and drove execution across creator education, performance coaching, and product strategy. Deliverables: - Launched the Fast-Track program in under 30 days - Co-developed a 4-week affiliate training curriculum emphasizing organic storytelling content strategies - Created a scalable cohort model aligned with cultural tentpoles and verticals (e.g. Women’s History Month, Beauty, Health & Sports) - Built performance incentives, hero product discovery tools, and content playbooks - Led community ops and personalized coaching for multiple cohorts - Built post-program funnel into LaunchPad and Top Tier program pipelines for further growth and development of successful creators - Operationalized 1:50 creator management with seamless onboarding and support - A scalable event activation series to drive brand awareness and program acquisition Results: - 20% uplift in GMV efficiency for newly acquired and churned affiliates - Weekly level-up rates that outperformed platform average by 50–75% - 13% of creators made their first sale within 7 days — despite never having made affiliate content (vs. 2.6% platform avg.) - 8% of creators generated $5k+ in GMV in 30 days (vs. platform avg. of 3.7%) - Creator sentiment scores indicated strong satisfaction with education, brand partnerships, and support structure More details at the project URL.See More

**About the Project:** The TikTok Connect: Women’s History Month Experience was an immersive, high-impact activation held in Los Angeles. The goal of the event was to amplify the stories of women creators, deepen brand awareness of TikTok Shop, and drive creator acquisition into the platform’s affiliate ecosystem through on-site engagement and strategic matchmaking with brands.
