The University of Texas at AustinOct 2022 - Present • 2 yrsUX designer on a small but mighty team at Finding Focus, a UT Austin-affiliated initiative. Oversee the design of our Native and Web applications - used by more than 35,000 users. Facilitate the user research efforts. Key contributions: Led a complete re-design of the Web and Native applications. Implemented a new feature from conception to implementation. This included contributions to the research, wireframing, designing, and user testing - as well as continued research and improvements. This feature, the Focus Coach, is now the primary offering of Finding Focus. Improved users satisfaction with the application by more than 35%. (Results collected from over 500 user surveys). Created and implemented a design system. Conducted 50+ User Interviews, including focus groups, phone calls, and virtual calls. Collected key insights from these conversations and shared them with our team.
