Product Designer

Patch.com● Transformed an outdated, ad-ridden email newsletter product into a modern web platform. ● Served as the main point of contact for users and business owners, utilizing key insights to overhaul the business, event, and social categories—increasing usability and overall revenue for Patch's promoted products. ● Led design vision as the sole product designer, advocating for usability, consistency and analytics within each product decision while balancing a variety of projects, user research, and stakeholder opinions.

The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & JohnsonMar 2021 - May 2024 • 3 yrs 3 mos● Designed 10+ internal data platforms, including the JRDDS Portal and Med.ai. ● Created complex mockups and prototypes, producing production-ready user interfaces across all pages. ● Managed the full-product lifecycle for many teams with Janssen, collaborating with stakeholders from ideation and development, to production—abiding by all extensive brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
