EYJun 2022 - Mar 2023 • 10 mosCollaborated with team members in revamping an inventory management and delivery mobile app used by a company with 4 different user profiles to increase retention and efficiency and decrease error configuration. Transcribed user interviews, summarized important key points and wrote over 50 User Stories for the development team. Designed an internal dashboard and oversaw compliance against WCAG 2.0 and accessibility guidelines.
