Overview Mozilla’s European Marketing team was tasked with bringing Mozilla’s first paid product outside of search, the VPN, to France and Germany through localized product pages. Metrics 150K subscribers globally 60K subscribers in the EU Outcome Through user testing, we unveiled the desire for a variable pricing model and gave users more choice and clarity surrounding VPN cost. Developed user personas (enterprise & provider) through interviews with internal stakeholders to guide product decision-making and marketing messaging. Gathered insights from therapists while attending the American Counseling Association Annual Conference through user interviews & usability testing. Delivered findings to the team, and implemented recommendations to improve the product. Lead redesign of provider page on the company website to better showcase value prop to therapists and prescribers and drive provider network applications. Designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for client and provider-facing EHR flows, leveraging competitor and user insights. Drove provider network loyalty through newsletter resulting in an average open rate of 59% and an average click-through rate of 14%.
