PathFinder - Generative AI feature and landing page redesign

A professional networking website to improve transparency in career paths for students and career switchers transitioning into or starting a career to pursue their passions. As a UX/UI Designer, I've had the opportunity to work on various projects. This project focuses on leading the end-to-end design of integrating generative AI and redesigning the landing page. The goal is to encourage people to visit the site and increase product awareness. This results in 100+ sign-ups, an 80% satisfaction rate, and a CES score of 96% for using the AI-powered search. PathFinder - Discover page redesign

PathFinder has a community of professionals to add and share stories of their work experience helps students and career switchers learn about the professionals' experience so they can be prepared earlier in their career journey. I led the end-to-end design direction of redesigning the Discover page and established the first design system. Redesigning the Discover page will improve the discovery experience and save time finding stories. This results in a 100% task completion rate, an 80% satisfaction rate, and a 20% reduction in the bounce rate on the Discover page. See More

A designathon project I did with 3 UX/UI Designers called GameOva, a gamified social media that fosters an inclusive community for women and minorities. My roles were to help with brainstorming features, prototype mid-fidelity wireframes for the usability testing, lead the usability testing, and help with high-fidelity wireframes. As PathFinder continues to grow and expand its career-searching solution for students and career switchers, it has become increasingly important to ensure design consistency. However, when I joined, I recognized that no design system had been created. I took the initiative to establish the first design system, which includes a style guide and a component library that follows the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
