The work went beyond producing individual assets. It focused on designing a coherent content infrastructure that could scale with a fast-moving, model-driven product. This included defining how product documentation, marketing content, product education, and technical explanations fit together. Key areas of responsibility included: - Establishing the core content strategy and narrative foundations across Recraft’s ecosystem (models, Studio, API, MCP, Trust, and support surfaces) - Building a durable documentation system that reflects real product behavior and workflows - Translating complex AI and design concepts into clear, task-oriented content without marketing drift - Creating editorial frameworks for blogs, landing pages, and announcements that align with product reality - Defining voice, tone, and structural standards to keep content consistent across teams and formats - Supporting launches, partnerships, and distribution channels with accurate, product-grounded messaging The impact of this work was a clearer mental model for users, reduced ambiguity between “model” and “tool,” stronger alignment between product and content, and a foundation that supports both human readers and AI-driven discovery. This project defines and maintains the full documentation system, covering information architecture, navigation, writing standards, and ongoing content that makes complex capabilities clear and usable, from Studio workflows and AI models to APIs, prompt guidance, security, and account-level concepts. The focus is on building a durable, task-oriented documentation foundation that enables users to work independently, reduces support load, and stays accurate as the product evolves. Pro Referral mobile app redesign

Relaunched the Home Depot Pro Referral marketplace app which increased conversion rate 2.5X, and reduced time-to-complete from ~3 weeks to ~3 days. Added multiple features including customer contact, pause leads, manage jobs, pre-permission flow, and onboarding tutorial. See More

Dropbox: CX content strategy

At Dropbox, I led the team that rebuilt the support experience from the ground up. The old system had terrible usability scores and even worse sentiment, mostly because there wasn't a real content or design framework holding it together. We started with lightweight sentiment testing using actual Dropbox customers, competitive audits of sites that do support well (Amazon, Netflix, Spotify), heuristics analysis, design sprints. The goal was an AI-powered contextual help center that actually surfaced useful content instead of making people hunt for it. As Principal Content Strategist for 700M+ users, I ran cross-functional teams through phased redesigns: quick wins first, then longer-term infrastructure work. We established new content and design standards that moved usability scores in the right direction. And we built scalable frameworks with real governance and metadata schemas so the system could stay coherent as it grew. The foundation we built let Dropbox surface contextual help based on role, subscription tier, and in-product behavior.
