She is skilled in planning, project management, creative implementation, proposals, and budgeting. Before that, Cierra served as the public relations lead at Ghafari Associates where she developed and executed media relations strategy, corporate social responsibility, content and brand development, and expert positioning for the architecture and engineering firm. Prior to that, she led marketing initiatives for the company as a senior marketing coordinator and was a project manager at a leading advertising agency in metro-Detroit. Through both her professional and personal experiences, Cierra has used her influence to help leaders start conversations, shift attitudes and shape culture. Cierra graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in integrative public relations and a minor in journalism. She is an active volunteer throughout metro-Detroit and chairs the advisory task force for Central Michigan University’s Detroit campus.
