I sent you the design on how the website will look. Please use it as reference. When placing a claim through the website, client will have several choices: - Shortage claim - Damaged items claims - Other requests These claims will go directly to claims@tamenonlineservices.com Shortage claim - Client will send shortage claim through website. It will include PO #, PO date, notes and attachments. - When the claim is received in Salesforce, it should be received as a case as you already did. I should start processing the request for the shortage claim. Each me, I go to the next step of the process, it should provide a percentage.
