OptumFeb 2023 - Nov 2024 • 1 yr 10 mos• UX/UI lead designer responsible for OptumRX mobile app • Designed a user-friendly medication reminder feature to enhance user adherence to prescribed regimens. Feature includes adding, editing, and deleting medications, including push notifications for reminders and a history log of doses taken as well as an integrated calendar for users to visualize their medication schedule • Created design components for Optum Mobile App design system. Worked with engineers to QA components. • Created UX guidelines for designers to use for a more cohesive experience across all products to increase design consistency
