Broadsheet x Tourism New Zealand Annual Partnership

Over two years, I was the key project lead for our top tier strategic partnership with Tourism New Zealand. This involved project managing the launch of Broadsheet internationally to New Zealand for the first time ever, with a strategic marketing and social media plan, and backed by 40 bespoke content pieces (article and video) promoting NZ as a destination. The activity reached over 3 million viewers. In April 2022, I managed and executed a one-night only activation in Sydney for 130 guests, facilitating the collaboration of over 30 New Zealand-born artists, chefs and businesses in an immersive experience that encouraged visitation to New Zealand. I planned and executed the marketing and social media strategy for two reader competitions in 2023. Both resulted in over double our predicted sign ups and drove a 300% return on investment for the client. See More

Broadsheet x Tourism Tasmania Special Print Edition

As Group Campaign Manager, I helped the sales & partnerships team strategically plan our first ever tourism-focused black and white newspaper at Broadsheet. My consulting role continued after sign off with the project management team, providing production advice and mentorship, budgeting approvals and social media and promotional strategies to ensure all KPIs were exceeded. We created over 10 unique features, a bespoke front cover shoot and eye-catching design to promote Tasmania as a winter destination. We printed and distributed over 30,000 copies nationally in 2022 and increased the client spend, distribution and production to 50,000 copies in 2023. In 2023, I also oversaw the planning and production of a new site vertical dedicated to Tasmania. See More

The Domain Review in partnership with Broadsheet print paper

In 2023 I was the key project lead for Broadsheet's new strategic editorial and revenue partnership with The Domain Review, a prestigious weekly property magazine distributed in Melbourne, AU. In the lead up to launch, I developed the processes for working with the Domain's external editorial team, facilitated relationships between departments and project managed the delivery of 3 months of magazines. Due to my smooth management, the magazine has passed its trial period and is continuing with a 12 month relationship. See More
