When VIGO Kombucha came to me, they had a stagnant presence in the Irish market. They had previously failed to break into supermarkets. This is where I came in. I built and executed a brand awareness campaign that led to them breaking into two major National supermarket retailers and obtainining over 2,000 new followers. I conducted market research, built buyer personas and created new copy brand guidelines for them. I used this messaging on social media where I cultivated a community feel and boosted follower growth with targeted ads and creative events I strategised. To facilitate market entry I wrote a sales book that detailed their UVP and competitive advantages. The result? - increased brand awareness - expanded retail presence - converted sales resulting in further expansion across stores nationwide - 2,000 new followers and successful integration into the Irish wellness community.
