404 MediaFreelancerIn my role, I managed client acquisition and marketing strategies tailored to both individual sole traders and B2B clients. For sole traders, I focused on personalised outreach, building strong relationships through one-on-one consultations, and understanding their unique business needs to position our offerings as valuable solutions. I leveraged social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, to increase visibility, attract individual clients, and create engaging content that highlighted our services and connected with a wider audience. For B2B clients, I implemented a structured, multi-channel approach to identify potential partnerships and establish long-term business relationships. This included targeted email campaigns, professional networking events, and strategic marketing initiatives that emphasised our unique value for larger organisations. By combining personalised social media strategies with traditional outreach, I successfully expanded our client base across both segments, driving growth, brand recognition, and engagement.
