Bliss Rebar● Inventory, liaise with vendors, ordering all necessary stock/supplies. ● Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff. Brought retention from 35% to 70%. ● Enforce all AZ liquor and food regulations ● Responsible for overseeing sales; ensuring quotas are met, analyzing data, creating promotions, and exploring potential revenue opportunities. ● Social media management, with an emphasis in SEO and SEM. ● Built Events Program from scratch. Responsible for Group/Event planning, coordinating, and managing from first inquiry, to day-of execution. Upselling packages, promoting the venue, onboarding vendors, post-event analytics and follow up surveys.
