Conducted a multi-method audience and brand insight project a hospitality brand and its sub-brands. Methods included stakeholder workshops, prospective guest interviews, on-site fieldwork across 6 resorts in 2 countries, guest/staff intercepts, semiotics, trends and social listening. Findings informed 5 key actions: brand and sub-brand propositions, invest in F&B experiences, and tailored communications per customer group.
