I reported to the VP of Product. - Defined a 1-year strategy focused on demystifying renovation costs via budgeting tools, to drive homeowner activation while reducing friction for contractors using interview techniques and market research into the national price index for construction work. - Executed on OKRs leading to a positive (+3.5%) MRR for the first time in 2 years (previously averaging -0.8% MoM for 2 years). - Increased conversion and engagement by 5% using AB testing capabilities to confirm or debunk the teams hypotheses. - Implemented a product discovery process that included the capture of user feedback, user interviews, and tracking appreciation metrics for both generative and evaluative research.

The product was such a big hit that the official Oracle product it replaces is barely used, even by the Oracle consultants. - Instilled Product practices in the product team, resulting in a reduction of bug introduction by 90% within 6 months convincing a big client to upgrade to the latest version. - Implemented a comprehensive product discovery process through recurring surveys, conducting user interviews, and tracking appreciation metrics, leading to an increase of 5 NPS points. - Leveraged product data and user research to create a product roadmap with the buyoff from all the stakeholders.

I was then hired as an Associate Product Manager in charge of the post-order experience and internal service desk before being promoted to Product Manager after only 6 months during which I was responsible for the whole products platform and execution. During that time, I was part of the launch of Goodfood WOW, the first same-day grocery delivery service in Canada and a pivotal moment in Goodfood, from a meal kit subscription service to ecommerce. I also worked on 2 full-fledged internal products for managing internal operations from promotional marketing, to logistics, to merchandising. - Operated the launch and iteration work for the first same day grocery deliveries in the Greater Montreal, and subsequently the Greater Toronto, that has yielded 45k orders in 9 months and 1.6k subscribers. - Developed an internal tool that managed scheduled changes in delivery days by finding a solution that overcame the technical challenges and aligned everybody resulting in more than 100 combined hours of work every month. - Saved more than 100 combined hours of work and solved alignment issues during holidays and other non-delivery days after years of poor solutioning. I came in with fresh eyes and found a creative solution that overcame the technical challenges and allowed marketing, operations, and customer support to align and manage planned deliveries ahead of time. - Increased the teams velocity by 400% within 2 months by implementing the best Agile practices like a daily routine for code review, reviewing the estimation techniques, and considering seniority in stories allocation.
