My name is Kate Wing, I am a creative living in Minneapolis, MN. I have a degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. I have served as the social media manager for several brands, working in house and in agency settings. In these roles I created content, built content calendars, and managed the social community. The content I create ranges from graphics made in Canva to reels edited in CapCut to professional photography. I have experience in product and brand photography, having served as the art director and photographer for several shoots. In my agency roles I also gained experience with Squarespace website design and updates, email marketing, and brand strategy. I would love to work with you!

Dinner Party Shoot

For this project I served as the art director and photographer. The shoot was for a local mall who wanted to showcase a special giveaway they were offering to help you style your own dinner party. For this shoot, along with a team, we styled two dinner party scenes showcasing the giveaway items. These photographs were used for print materials and online promotion. I also worked to develop a webpage for the promotion through Squarespace. See More

Al Fresco Shoot

For this project I was tasked to shoot an Al Fresco scene to promote a local newspaper. For this shoot I served as the art director and photographer. Along with the picnic styled scene, I edited these pictures to give a vintage, film photo appearance. These were used for social media promotion.See More

Barbershop Shoot

This photoshoot was for a local barbershop to help promote their business and create marketing materials. For this shoot I served as the art director and photographer. In order to stay true to the brand and vibe of the shop, I edited all of the pictures in black and white, keeping it very clean and simplistic. These images were used on their website and on social media. See More
