A product designer with a degree in Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. In my previous role at Playbook M&A, an AI-driven software startup, I led the end-to-end design process as the founding designer, driving product direction and helping them acquire their first paid customers. Prior to that, I led the redesign of Recoolit, a climate tech startup, to optimize storytelling and user flow - helping them land two critical partnerships that shifted its focus from survival to growth. In my early career, I was an Account Manager at Amazon, where I increased client revenue and improved the end user experience. This experience honed my client communication skills and business acumen to allow me to approach design holistically.

Playbook M&AAug 2023 - Apr 2024 • 9 mos- Led the strategic dashboard design for the early stage AI-driven software startup from research to MVP launch, shaping its product vision and achieving a 25% increase in user engagement and 17% increase in new users. - Moderated 18 interviews and usability tests, driving rapid ideation, prototyping, and iteration in collaboration with engineering and product. - Introduced a pivotal “private browsing” feature to address key user concerns about data privacy, enhancing AI feature utilization by 8%. - Facilitated brainstorming sessions to conceptualize Excel plug-in critical to its value proposition, leading to its adoption by over 30 paid users.
