LEAD PROJECT MANAGER - SHOFSKY.COM

When I took over project management at Shofsky, their Asana boards were cluttered with outdated and overdue tasks, causing project delays and client frustration. I quickly revamped their workflow by cleaning up Asana, setting up dedicated boards for each client, and establishing a consistent schedule of weekly sprint calls with the creative team. Additionally, I implemented regular check-ins with clients to restore trust and improve communication. In just eight months, these changes led to a 200% increase in project completion compared to the previous year, all with the same team size. My ability to streamline operations, boost client satisfaction, and deliver results made a significant impact.See More

PROJECT MANAGEMENT / CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

As a Client Success Manager and Project Manager at Aerial Solutions, I played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s operations and customer relationships. Upon joining, I identified inefficiencies in their workflow and implemented project management software that streamlined operations. I collaborated closely with the creative team to ensure that video turnaround times consistently met the 2-5 day promise, which directly contributed to a 40% increase in customer retention within the first six months. I also launched a customer onboarding program, guiding new clients through our services and facilitating their first projects. Through regular check-ins and pre-renewal meetings, I fostered stronger client engagement, ensuring they found value in their subscriptions, resulting in higher satisfaction and long-term success.See More
