Newkini Swimwear• Co-founded NEWKINI SWIMWEAR in 2020 starting with made-to-order hand-made bathing suits. • $100,000+ in sales generated in 2021. • Designed social media campaigns and photographed customers in NEWKINI products creating digital media, dramatically increasing local web conversions. • Store traffic was consistently within the top 4% of stores that launched the same week on Shopify. • Expanded product line in 2020 with a Canadian manufacturer which improved efficiency as opposed to made-to-order and increased sales by 4x more the previous year. • Gained experience and became skilled in communicating with international manufactures. • Opened a pop-up location to experiment with in-person sales. Sales increased and a physical location enabled real connections to be made with customers in comparison to e-commerce, resulting in an extended six-month stay at the location. • Contacted by British Vogue to be featured in the November 2021 and December 2021 issues in print for swimwear and accessories, which drew more attention from other magazines such as Tatler and Glamour. •Oversee all marketing efforts including Shopify eCommerce website maintenance, social media management, and brand partnerships.
