And Roses is a multimedia show featuring conversations with artists and creators about the intersections of creativity and social change. It's a platform designed to encourage conversation around the question: How can we make the world a more beautiful place while struggling under capitalism? The name is a reference to the famous labor rallying cry - "Hearts starve as well as bodies. Give us bread and give us roses."See More

Milk Folk is a plant-based milk delivery service offering a variety of delicious and healthy vegan milk options, directly to customers' doorsteps. = The milkman’s legacy lives on with Milk Folk, but this time, it’s dairy-free, planet-friendly, and delivered by bicycle. Milk Folk products are handmade in small batches with high-quality ingredients, and the inaugural offering is fresh, organic, high-protein soymilk. The mission of Milk Folk is to make it easy and accessible for the community to enjoy fresh, dairy-free options every week. Matinee is a charming, all-day café offering anytime snacks, light meals, a full bar, coffee service, and fun features like free popcorn and classic French film screenings. Matinee exists to provide a welcoming space for people to gather, relax, and enjoy great food and drinks all day. It combines the warmth of a cozy neighborhood pub with just enough sophistication to make any old day feel special.See More

C&TC x Julian Klincewicz

The Artist Series is a special line of limited release, collaborative coffee roasts produced in cooperation with local artists and creators. The inaugural featured artist was San Diego native Julian Klincewicz, with the packaging design including original art by Julian. Only 75 boxes were created.See More
