Product Designer & Developer Specializing in Conversion Optimization
Hey there! 👋 I'm a seasoned designer (and developer) who specializes in helping businesses achieve tangible outcomes through design. Whether it's landing page optimization for more top-of-funnel leads, or churn/cost reduction with a product UI redesign, I'm here to help. Past clients include CLEAR, Zoom, OneStreamLIVE, and General Electric.

Projects

CLEAR – Internal Tool UI Design

CLEAR was struggling to manage their memberships, and didn't want to give their sales reps direct access to Stripe. So, we talked to sales reps & support specialists, to define their top pain-points and most common actions. Then, built that into a streamlined user interface that reduced their time-to-resolution by over 300%.See More

OneStream LIVE – Full UX+UI Overhaul

OSL had some amazing multi-streaming software, but all that value was hidden behind their interface. We streamlined it, and unlocked that value for users.See More

Turing Labs – Full UX Design

The Turing Labs team was innovating CPG product formulae, to help formulation experts. Together, the team and I distilled the highly-manual, very complex process down into a simple set of user flows.See More
