With this research, I synthesized findings from consumer and retailer surveys, data sets from technology partners, and other sources to guide a variety of market estimates. Finally, I focused on retailer outreach to cultivate sources among retail executives, leading to potential interviews for editorial content and increasing the likelihood that they will share data for our databases.
