Website Design & Development Project Management for Publishing Industry Company

I led the design and development of KW Global's website, creating a modern and user-friendly platform that showcases their extensive range of services in the publishing. By overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from concept and wire-framing to full-scale development—I ensured a responsive, visually engaging, and easy-to-navigate site that enhances the user experience. Key features include streamlined navigation, mobile optimization, and a strong focus on KW Global's core capabilities and client success stories. This project was completed on a tight timeline, starting and finishing in under three months. Despite the time constraints, the site was launched successfully, meeting all client expectations and delivering a digital presence that drives engagement and aligns with KW Global’s global brand identity. Client Review: Torro designed a new website for my global company in record time (three months!) for unveiling at a key industry event. The look and feel is light years ahead of our former site that was cobbled together through several mergers and acquisitions. I really appreciated being kept on task by Michelle's superior project management, and for working with me to prioritize tasks crucial for launch. She also helped me reorganize and present our content in a coherent story befitting our growing business, including graphical and UX solutions for highly specialized and overlapping products and services. My team and company leadership were very impressed with the delivery and final product. See More

Videography Company Website Design & Development Project

As the project manager for this website rebuild, I led the initiative to completely redesign their online presence, focusing on user experience, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The client had previously struggled with other web teams, but the Torro approach was a refreshing change. At Torro, I developed and implemented a custom project management process within Monday.com, ensuring that every detail for each project is carefully handled from start to finish. The result is a smooth and efficient process that exceeds client expectations, as highlighted in this client's review below. They praised the experience, noting how our team, especially my role in managing the project, made the process seamless and stress-free. We delivered a top-tier website that aligned perfectly with Path8’s vision and business needs, and the client was thrilled with both the final product and the journey to get there. Client Review: We hired Torro to re-build our website. We had worked with web teams in the past and hadn't had a great experience. Working with Torro was night and day! From the initial meeting throughout the process their team was super on top of everything. Building a website has so many intricate details and they handled each with care. Michelle, our project manager was amazing. She made sure every comment we had was taken care of and really held our hand from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Torro enough if you're looking to build a website, the final product is top notch and the process throughout was tremendous.See More
