The project focused on transforming traditional Kirana (small grocery) stores in India by introducing digital tools to help store owners manage daily operations more efficiently. By addressing pain points like manual inventory management, supply chain challenges, and competition from larger stores, the project aimed to increase customer satisfaction and boost revenue. Through in-depth research, including interviews with store owners, customers, and suppliers, we identified key areas for improvement, such as digital payments, performance tracking, and customer management.
