Scaled a healthcare startup to 20,000+ users

Helped in acquiring the first 20,000 users on the platform I joined Rocket Health as a Growth and Product Associate in January 2022 during my final college year. I was a member of the founding team and led growth and user acquisition ‍ • For every $1 spent, the company made $11.32 in revenue which is a revenue to burn ratio of 11:1. We developed a marketing strategy that focused on optimizing his ad campaigns and creative strategy to improve user acquisition and engagement. We implemented the following tactics: Analyzed and optimized existing ad campaigns to improve their performance and ROAS. Developed new creative strategies for Alex's video ads to increase engagement and user acquisition. Conducted extensive creative testing to identify the most effective ad variations.
