Identified 25 top affiliates within the clients sector (GAP analysis) and a basket-value tier system allowing them to increase programme clicks by 33.37% and revenue by 11.33% MoM. • Problem-solving skills: Developed a 3-phase implementation solution based on data-driven insights for a client experiencing declining programme performance (revenue, sales, clicks, AOV, CR%) which led to an increase of 30.48% increase in revenue, 19.11% increase in sales and 6.11% CR increase, YoY. • Leadership skills: Led a team of 8 during peak period involving, guidance around daily tasks and handling client queries quickly and professionally. Was able to successfully meet client needs during this period, with positive experiences. • Communication skills: Personally facilitated client conversations to learn more about their programme specific needs and queries and communicate solutions to their problems, allowing them to better understand the platform and design better marketing strategies. • Management skills: Managed 122 programmes across several sectors through consistent communication and optimisation of resources, generating a total monthly run rate of over £34,000.See More
