Additionally, no translation memory (TM) or terminology management tools were being used, increasing cost and rework. Actions: I developed and implemented a centralized localization workflow to streamline the labeling process across all target languages. This included selecting the most suitable translation management system (TMS), defining linguistic quality assurance steps, and establishing a vendor management model for scalable multilingual delivery. I also coordinated cross-functional teams—including regulatory, marketing, and product—ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. In addition, I built language assets (translation memory, termbase, style guides) to ensure consistency and long-term efficiency. Results: The project delivered high-quality, compliant translations in all 50 languages, meeting strict global launch timelines. The client achieved a 30% reduction in localization turnaround time and significant cost savings through reuse of translation assets and automation.
