BMO-Collaborated with a third-party vendor to conceptualize and design a welcome experience to aid in the seamless transition of Bank of the West customers to the BMO family -Contributed to the redesign of Women in Business Grant program page which resulted in a 92% increase in applications from previous year -Collaborated with a cross-functional team to re-design Bmo.com (Canada and U.S. ) homepage and global navigation impacting avg bounce rate by -62% (Canada) and -28% (U.S.)
