I played a key role in the complete rebranding and relaunch of the Optum Rx website and mobile app, leading the effort to rewrite all content for a more engaging and user-friendly experience. My team shifted the tone from directive to personable, making the platform more accessible and customer-focused. Since our audience was broad (ranging from tech users to those who have little experience with technology), we needed to keep the language and user experience welcoming to a wide range of users.
