I began my career as a Software Engineer at Atlassian India, contributing to the development of several SaaS products within the ITSM product suite.  Over the course of 4+ years, I gained extensive experience working in diverse cross-functional teams across multiple products. This in turn fuelled my passion for product ideation and enhancing user experiences.  I progressively expanded my expertise beyond engineering, delving into UX design by taking on various personal projects. During this time, I also managed multiple projects at my company where I held full feature ownership within the product, guiding them from conception to successful launch. My experiences have solidified my commitment to creating impactful and user-centric products.

Statuspage <-> Jira Service Management Integration Feature

Implemented the UX design and backend + frontend for the Jira Service Management integration feature within Statuspage. There was already an existing first party integration available with Jira Software (documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-the-jira-software-integration/) As a team initiative to increase JSM adoption by allowing existing Statuspage users to connect their JSM accounts, we decided to launch this new integration. I was the only person working on this project and was ultimately responsible for the end to end design as well as the implementation. College Tournament App UI Redesign

Fresher's cup is an annual tournament held in NIT Surathkal (a prestigious local college), with 18 teams participating in 11 sports. The scoring is kept track of in the campus app called IRIS. But the existing in-app experience of this particular module was not engaging for the users and discouraged students from using the interface. I was responsible for doing a full redesign and rehaul of the Fresher's cup in-app experience to increase student engagement as well as make the UI more intuitive and easier to use. UX Research for EV App

There are no apps that specifically cater to Electric Vehicle users. The ones that do exist have multiple gaps that make users eventually resort to using Google Maps or download apps on the go as required. Our motive for this project was to come up with a solution that could act as a one stop for all EV needs, so that users do not need to keep switching between different apps for different purposes. My task was to conduct market + user research to understand the pain points of EV users, come up with an MVP, and create user personas, product task flows and the information architecture.See More
