I'm an end-to-end Product Designer who is constantly trying to push the boundaries of both what I am capable of and the digital experiences I create. I thrive in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is frequent and love building products from 0->1. My process deeply focuses on research, design strategy, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing. Driven by high ownership, I've worked at both early-stage startups and enterprises and can adapt my design process accordingly. Success, for me, is about crafting products that people can’t imagine living without—because they not only solve real problems but evolve with the users. Rocket Account Merge Experience

Rocket Companies empowers individuals to achieve their home-buying dreams by the way of mortgages, real estate, loans, and more. However, because there are multiple serviced customers across sister companies, over 40% of customers ended up with multiple profiles.  This fragmentation drove up support overhead, muddled personalization, and diluted the overall Rocket experience. I used user research as a starting point, mapped user flows, finalized a scope, and iterated through sketches and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and web to create a simple, user-controlled account merge process.See More
