My goal was to help the founding team define their positioning, messaging and differentiation for a highly competitive field in AI B2B SaaS. We executed on a multi-step strategy to identifying and understanding the "hair on fire" problem for teams and product leaders, analyzing the market landscape, the pros and cons of each major player and solution, and creating an opportunity around how DistillCloud were to be the best solution in its field. We ran multiple cycles of testing and learning, supporting the founding team field and ask the right questions, and building on the learning.
