Innovative Design Leader for Startups

With a robust background in design, I have consistently contributed to the success of startups by establishing and executing innovative design strategies. Currently, I am the Founding Designer at Zencoder, where I am shaping the design vision and user experience. Previously, I served as Lead Designer at AGON, enhancing user retention by 20-30% through redesigning user flows and developing new features. At 30 Birds, I crafted a design system from scratch for an HRtech SaaS platform, while at a Stealth Startup, I collaborated on a Web3 trading platform, creating investor pitch decks and designing web interfaces. My tenure at QB involved leading product and marketing design, resulting in a 22% increase in conversion rates. My expertise spans interface design, UX testing, and the development of marketing materials, consistently driving growth and engagement across diverse projects.
