I revamped the sales process and incorporated the MEDDPICC methodology, I undertook the following steps: Assessment and Strategy Development: Reviewed the existing sales process and identified areas needing improvement. Defined objectives for the new process, such as improved qualification and alignment with customer needs. Integration of MEDDPICC: Introduced the MEDDPICC framework (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) to enhance deal qualification and sales strategy. Process Mapping and Role Definition: Mapped out the sales stages with MEDDPICC elements integrated into each step. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities for the sales team to align with the new methodology.
