Pink Bear Moving Systems was a great and fun challenge! Every aspect of the company from its conception to its launch day party where they invited the entire city of Halifax, N.S for a BBQ was planned with extreme care. With a fleet of 7 trucks, it easily makes it the largest local moving company in Nova Scotia. A massive guerrilla marketing campaign was launched a day before its official launch day. Over 10,000 flyers spread over night, over a 1000 stickers placed on poles and bulletin boards all overnight, or within a span of 8 hours to be exact. Nevertheless, when the city arose the next day it was PINK, and the fleet of trucks that have been wrapped in hot pink and rad characters representing the brand were cruising train like throughout the entire city all day. They launched in May 2018 and by August, everyone in the city knew about them as they had a massive hold on the market right off the bat, and they had to rent even more trucks to accommodate the demand, while already employing close to 50 people during peak time. The business model and marketing plan put in place was a very complex one, they clearly needed it as that allowed them to expand all aspects of their operations quickly and in sync with workforce, supplies, trucks, and marketing spending. Nocturnalight, a multi-company based out of Toronto, they specialize in pushing mental boundaries through every aspect of their work. Only a slight modification was applied to their logo, next an intricate and heavily modified website, where all they house all their albums which are available for sale and some free to download, photo galleries linked to their social media accounts to be easily updated, online apparel store that have custom designs of their own brand for sale, Facebook integration, press releases, and also a page specifically for all the dozens of artists that they have collaborated with and which were on their infamous Full Spectrum mixtapes. Several posters and flyers were designed for multiple events between Canada, USA, Mexico, amongst a few others in Europe. Design services were also provided for a couple album covers, their intro logo openers and and a few graphical elements within their official music videos. A unique marketing tool used to create curiosity within the general public was a T-shirt simply with a QR code, several dozens were handed out during concerts and events while some fans got theirs through different contests. This created a stir with people as they wanted to know what they would get once they scan the “Wanted” QR code. There were also posters put up around Toronto which had the same positive effect and the word was spread using technology and natural human curiosity. Movers 2 Help, a company that started out with just one small truck and providing services in just one small city to serving communities nationwide. The design of the truck had gone through several concepts until the final one was picked and expanded. The design is semi-interactive as there’s a unique QR code placed on the sides that can be constantly changed to direct customers to any digital link. At the end of the second year, they came back as they outgrew their forecast and increased in size yet again. Their image was revamped, and the original business plan was adjusted together with management in order for them to take advantage of their growth and to keep them climbing. A unique website was developed for them with a modern look that rivals the best companies in their industry. User friendly is something that was the top priority. The website has a complex back-end, coded to run promotions and specific campaigns at a set date and time through their respective social media platforms. A custom booking platform, a plethora of information, advanced SEO, and a special call button are just some of the few unique features designed specifically for this website. Portland Daycare Centre required the entire 9 yards, from brand identity creation, online presence, a 2 year long guerrilla marketing campaign all the way to a business plan. When formulating design thoughts for such clients, a soft appeal with an identity that creates trust, promotes reliability and pure professionalism is a must, as their clients are some of the most finicky ones ever, and for good cause, they will be trusting them with their precious children. As planned the community responded positively to the identity created for Portland Daycare Centre. The design is semi-interactive as there’s a unique QR code placed on the sides that can be constantly changed to direct customers to any digital link. At the end of the second year, they came back as they outgrew their forecast and increased in size yet again. Their image was revamped, and the original business plan was adjusted together with management in order for them to take advantage of their growth and to keep them climbing. A unique website was developed for them with a modern look that rivals the best companies in their industry. User friendly is something that was the top priority. The website has a complex back-end, coded to run promotions and specific campaigns at a set date and time through their respective social media platforms. A custom booking platform, a plethora of information, advanced SEO, and a special call button are just some of the few unique features designed specifically for this website. M2H has been assigned marketing agents that produce and maintain their marketing campaign year around, from traditional flyer distribution, social media management, custom time sensitive promotions, and web/TV commercials.

Aladdin Shisha Lounge is a local Arabian themed restaurant/lounge located in Halifax, N.S that stands out in its category. Almost the entirety of the interior has been crafted and setup by the owners own two hands, from the ceiling to the tables and chairs. If you want a totally unique experience, you no longer have-to travel across the globe to get it, simply pay a visit to the lounge and you’ll be amazed by the décor, the food and of course the shisha.

Portland Daycare Centre

Portland Daycare Centre required the entire 9 yards, from brand identity creation, online presence, a 2 year long guerrilla marketing campaign all the way to a business plan. When formulating design thoughts for such clients, a soft appeal with an identity that creates trust, promotes reliability and pure professionalism is a must, as their clients are some of the most finicky ones ever, and for good cause, they will be trusting them with their precious children. As planned the community responded positively to the identity created for Portland Daycare Centre. Parents were impressed with the image and through a proper photoshoot of the facility, they got a clear picture that the new kid on the block was a serious contender in the industry.

Nicole Jaume, a young and upcoming photographer from Chile was in search for an online identity, she is a professional photographer that does more than just take simple pictures, instead she lets her charisma, and passion flow through each shot. Nicole wanted her customers to be impressed with her website as they landed on it. After studying her style, persona and techniques a website was crafted not only it was tailored to her needs, but she got a digital image that was an extension of her character too. Nicole also wanted a business card designed with her new slogan “I shoot people…” She loves the mini-shocked reaction from people as they take a second to figure out her slogan.

They are unique and stand out in an industry that some would say is literally cluttered with far too many typical entities. The collaboration with B2M was just effortless as they knew exactly what they wanted their image to be, all was left was their positioning within their respective markets. However, B2M isn’t your typical moving company, with everything they do, they do it in an artistic way, from their hand painted trucks, to their advertisements, and even the way they interact with their customers.
