Biscuit Beacon

I designed the “Routes” feature for Biscuit Beacon, a mobile-first SaaS platform for dog walkers. The goal was to make walks more engaging by suggesting safe, enjoyable paths while keeping the interface simple enough for on-the-go use. I led the end-to-end design process from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and usability testing. One of the main challenges was balancing quick access with enough detail to feel valuable. Through rapid iteration and feedback sessions, I delivered a responsive, intuitive feature that increased user adoption by 10% in the first month.
