Private medical practice website design
Dr. Jones has operated his private practice for over 20 years in the heart of downtown Boise, ID where he has been able to grow a loyal patient base. His website has functioned as an access point for their patient portal and a resource for patients. Despite being simple and straightforward, his team has been experiencing some friction in increased call volume and logistical management due to lack of information on their current website. With an updated website, the team is hoping to provide more accessible information in an intuitive format to provide an improved experience for their patients and their team. Yay for Earth has grown and matured as a company in the 5 years since they began in the founder’s small NYC apartment. They wanted a website that reflected their growth and would open up more opportunities for partnerships. Yay for Earth wanted an editorial website with simplicity in mind. After sunsetting a recent version of their platform for coffee shop owners, joe was experiencing resistance to adoption. In order to better understand this, joe wanted to better empathize with their customers. Personas helped joe gain direction for their sales and marketing directive and inform product roadmapping. The data science team at NVP had previously created an internal investor platform to improve investor sourcing workflows, and struggled with adoption of the platform.
