Growth / GTM strategist for an "Event with friends" application (USA)

Role; I was the growth strategist who executed the product launch Project goal ; This is an "Event with Friends" application that wanted to make a bold launch in the US Market, Although they have a good product and ambitious goals, their marketing budget is limited. They asked me to develop and manage a launch and growth strategy that can attract early adopters and expand their target audience, which is primarily Gen Z. Also the launch was scheduled to take place within just 8 weeks. Solution ; With these tasks in mind, I developed some organic + paid marketing strategies to tackle the challenges I faced. My main focus was on building a social audience on the right platforms for our target audience, which were Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. To do this, I partnered with some micro-influencers and created hybrid content using AI to save time. I also ran a few creative ad campaigns, introduced new gamification methods to promote and share the app, and partnered with events to promote them through the app link. Additionally, I used some other tricks and tactics, which I can't reveal. We launched the app at the end of the year, which was perfect timing as it coincided with the party season. This helped us achieve our goal, and I am pleased to say that all of our plans worked well. We gained over 10,000 followers on social media thanks to our viral reels, and we received over 7,000 site visits and 3,000 app downloads in the first month.
