I’m a T-shaped technical marketer, if that’s even a thing. Spent most of my career in marketing but with a 2 years “adventure” into product management, leading development efforts from the technical side of things. Two times I’ve led startups from 0 to 6 and 7-figure revenue, scaling all sides of the business - product, marketing, team. I built some great PLG experiences but also seen some fails, which made me learn that not every project is the same, if it worked for me it doesn’t mean that it will also work for you. I’ve owned 7-figure paid media budgets and ran hundreds of experiments across tens of products. I’m a data guy. I get sh*t done.

ABM Manager

Joined Lokalise in a Growth position, being the liaison between marketing and product. In the first 90 days I identified onboarding as the biggest drop-off and I led the project designing and creating a new onboarding experience that improved onboarding rate by 37%. After the layoffs in November, I moved to the acquisition team to lead the acquisition efforts in the Enterprise space. I was responsible for the entire customer acquisition experience, from the first touchpoint up to handing over an SQL to the AEs. Initially I focused on the paid media efforts, creating a campaign structure and layering audiences and campaigns to ensure a smooth transition from awareness to consideration and conversion. Then we brought on an ABM platform, I had to oversee the implementation and I was the power user of the platform, putting everything together in order to improve the conversion rates throughout the funnel. I was working closely with the SDRs to get more meetings booked with higher quality leads. ✔ Achievements: Implemented from scratch an ABM platform, strategy and 3 different playbooks, one for each stage of the buying journey. Created campaigns with CTRs of 3-4% on LinkedIn that increased pipeline by 19% in a time when pipeline is drying out for a lot of SaaS platforms. Helped 2 Enterprise SDRs to get into the top3 SDRs at a company level.See More
