Action: I assessed the current procedures and helped revamp for efficiency and clarity. Then developed workflows for using the software, trained on that software once that was complete. Helped to onboard virtual assistants to ease the staff workload at a low cost. Implemented a quality assurance program to hold everyone accountable to the same standards. Result: Client saw immediate relief to the staff and it kept some staff from leaving. Their workload was lightened and onboarding the VA was easy since we had written procedures and workflows.
