1. Once you’ve found your ideal teammate, you can send them an offer through the Applicant Manager or Messenger on our platform.
2. Once you have a contract in place, go to your Contracts page on Pangea and select the contract you want to transfer to Deel.
3. From the detailed Contract view, go to the “Terms” tab and click on the "Onboard via Deel” button.
4. A popover will appear asking how you would like to onboard the talent. Choose between "Contractor" or "Employee", depending on the nature of your agreement with the talent.
5. You’ll then be redirected to Deel to set them up on your Deel account.
